Active April 2026

7th May, 2026

Our annual Active April challenge has now come to a close, and we’re delighted to reflect on what was another hugely successful year. This year’s challenge carried an added sense of purpose, with the team working together towards a collective goal of 3,000,000 steps while also raising funds for Brian’s House and Trinity Hospice charities. Thanks to everyone’s efforts, we were able to raise a total of £350 for these incredible community organisations.

To keep motivation high throughout the month, we introduced a range of themed mini-challenges. From pushing endurance in “Half Marathon Hero,” to chasing the light in “Sunset Seeker,” rising early with “Early Bird,” and reaching key milestones in the “Century Club,” there was something to inspire everyone to stay active and engaged.

The response from the team was fantastic. Colleagues fully embraced the challenge, sharing progress, encouraging one another, and finding creative ways to build more movement into their daily routines. Lunchtime walks, evening runs, and weekend activities all contributed to a real sense of momentum and team spirit throughout April.

We’re pleased to share that, together, the team achieved an incredible total of 3,506,877 steps. This outstanding effort means we are proud to donate £350 to our chosen charities.

A huge well done and thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this year’s Active April such a success. Same time next year?!
