ABC Station are looking for an enthusiastic ESL teacher to join their team.
Job Role
Plan and deliver engaging, level-appropriate ESL lessons to students of different age groups (young learners, teens, and adults).
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students learning needs and objectives.
Prepare students for standardized English exams such as IELTS and TOEFL (where applicable).
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning.

Competitive compensation package with total annual income after tax deduction around 110K - 200k RMB (16K-28K USD) based on the candidate's competency.

Requirements
TEFL Certificate.
Bachelors degree.
Native Level English proficiency.
Love teaching with students aged between 5 and 15.
TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certificate is an asset.
1+ years of ESL teaching experience is preferred.
