We strongly suggest that you read, and understand, our standard Terms and Conditions. Please contact UK-TEFL if you have any questions relating to these terms.

UK-TEFL reserves the right to change any of the prices, service or other particulars contained on the UK-TEFL website at any time. UK-TEFL does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or interruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual and unforeseeable circumstances such as war or the threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.

UK-TEFL does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the client or any other person included on the application form. Any claims shall be subject to English law in respect of any question of liability or quantum, and all proceedings shall be within the sole domain of the English courts.

You must communicate any perceived failure in the performance of this contract at the time to us and give us the opportunity to arrive at a satisfactory solution.

UK-TEFL give customers the opportunity to provide details of any specific requirements, for example visual impairment. We welcome students to notify us of any special needs by calling our friendly team on 01253 542 659.

By signing the application form, verbally agreeing on the telephone or ticked the relevant box on the website you are agreeing to accept all these conditions. The person who signs the booking form does so on behalf of all the individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.

UK-TEFL adheres to the Data Protection Act 1988.

UK-TEFL cannot be held commercially responsible for any expenditure incurred by candidates during the job application process. Your application is handled by external recruiters. UK-TEFL is not liable for the actions or conduct of these third parties.

UK-TEFL cannot offer refunds on online training courses or electronic manuals, outwith of the 14-day cooling off period. UK-TEFL can only offer refunds on online training courses that have not completed more than one module within this period.

UK-TEFL can accept returns on the Absolute TEFL Manual within the 14-day refund period. UK-TEFL is not responsible for the cost of postage to return the Absolute TEFL and the product must be returned in a resalable condition. Certificates cannot be returned as they are custom ordered.

Discount codes can only be applied to the specified courses and cannot be use in conjunction with another offer. The discounts are valid for the dates specified and can only be expended at the discretion of UK-TEFL. A promotional code must be entered during checkout; discount codes cannot be claimed after enrolment.

UK-TEFL takes plagiarism seriously. If you are found to have plagiarised any of your TEFL work, you will be required to resubmit all your work again. Should you fail your resubmission, you will be required to pay a fee to have your work graded again.
