NCFE Accreditation:
Our accreditation has just got even better! We have recently moved up to a higher level of accreditation on our Investing in Quality Licence. This means that all trainees on UK-TEFL courses will be formally assessed during their teaching practice in order to receive an accredited certificate issued directly by our accrediting organisation, NCFE.
The NCFE issued certificate will be a clear indication to employers that you have not only completed the UK-TEFL course, but you have also met the required objectives and achieved measured learning outcomes by the end of your course. It will also give you both confidence and reassurance in the quality and standard of training you will receive through UK-TEFL, and the level of achievement you can expect to achieve on successful completion.

What does the accreditation mean?
The accreditation status goes one step further from confirming successful attendance of the course by formally assessing trainees to ensure they achieve set objectives by the end of the course. We believe this type of accreditation is the way forward, and will be a better indication of trainees’ overall achievements.
How will it work on the course?
Our highly-qualified team of trainers will carefully observe each of your teaching practices and complete a form to mark your skills against set criteria. On successfully passing your course, you will receive an NCFE certificate of achievement plus a course module breakdown to demonstrate the topics you have mastered.
What happens if I fail my assessment?
In the event that you do not pass your formal assessment, your trainer will decide whether you have achieved the required level for a UK-TEFL certificate. If you have, this certificate will be posted out to you.
If you wish to re-attempt the formal assessment to get an NCFE certificate, you will need to attend another course. This is available at the reduced rate of £50 per day of the course, and your assessment and certificate will be automatically assigned to the new course at no additional charge.
