Who is eligible? 16+ who work or live in the East of England (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex). You must still be in employment and be on a permanent contract, but have received an 'at risk' notification.

Who are TCHC? TCHC has helped over 8,500 people facing redundancy and unemployment to re-train, improve their skills and confidence, and help them find rewarding new work.

Who are Signpost? They are an independent charitable organisation with 16 years of experience, helping people of all ages and from all walks of life to get back into work or to move on. Every day they listen to the experiences of others who are looking for work, so they really know what’s happening and what employers are looking for when they are recruiting new staff. They offer a relaxed and welcoming environment where it’s up to you how long you stay.
