UK-TEFL intensive training courses are an established route to becoming an employable English teacher. You will be awarded a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) on successful completion of the course. This is an internationally recognised qualification and will allow you teach English in the UK and overseas.
Our practical courses take place over two days on a weekend at the Thistle Hotel in Manchester.
There is an NCP car park, with ample parking, available nearby.

Exit from Manchester Piccadilly train station, turn right out of the station. At the second set of lights, turn left. The Manchester Thistle hotel is on the left, approximately five minutes walk away.
In the past, students have come from Blackpool, Preston, Lancaster, Bolton, Burnley and Salford to attend the UK-TEFL weekend TEFL courses in Manchester.
At this location tea/coffee is provided, however lunch is not. Lunch is available onsite at Portland Street bar which serves light refreshments or if you are looking for something more filing, there is the Portland Street restaurant to suit your needs.
There are up to 20 students on each course.
