UK-TEFL intensive training courses are an established route to becoming an employable English teacher. You will be awarded a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) on successful completion of the course. This is an internationally recognised qualification and will allow you teach English in the UK and overseas.
UK-TEFL courses are between £200 and £250 depending on the location and duration. This includes the course, refreshments and your course certificate.
There are up to 20 students on each course.
Saturday 9am - 8pm Sunday 9am - 6pm
The You must be aged sixteen or over to enrol on a UK-TEFL course.
Parking is available at the hotel and costs from £9.50 per day.
Leave Leeds City Station via the main exit near Marks and Spencers. Cross the road via the pedestrian crossing and go down the staircase to the right of the taxi rank. At the bottom of the stairs take a right and continue along the road and under the recently refurbished railway bridge. Hilton Leeds City is located approximately 200m on the right.
In the past, students have come from Bradford, Huddersfield, Sheffield, York, Pudsey, Halifax and Wakefield to attend the UK-TEFL weekend TEFL courses in Leeds.
At this location tea/coffee is provided, however lunch is not. There is a bar and a restaurant within the hotel where you can purchase lunch and there is also a Costa coffee inside, or there are a selection of cafes a short walk away from the hotel in the city centre.
The UK-TEFL Advanced Certificate Course is a great top up or refresher after completing the UK-TEFL Standard Course. The Advanced Course will Specialise in Teaching Business English, Teaching English to Young Learners, Teaching to Advanced Learners and One-to-One Teaching. This 2 day course is available nationwide and is priced at £200.
